Come hear the stories from design and construction professionals who have taken existing homes in northern Illinois and transformed them into efficient, healthy homes meeting the prestigious LEED Platinum designation. Three different case studies will be presented showcasing many green building strategies. Learn about remodeling designs, construction strategies, cost implications, and how the homes have performed after being lived in.
